Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn products in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original box and packaging

With all tags intact and proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Returns can be initiated directly through our Return & Exchange Centre.
Please do not send any items back without first submitting a return request.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
All exchanges are free of charge and can be made for a different size or colour of the same product.
You can initiate an exchange through our Return & Exchange Centre.
Processing Time
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchange orders are created immediately after inspection and confirmation of stock availability.
Sale Items
Sale and final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
